Women Economic Development
Bridge
the
Gap
Background
One of the main goals of this project is to focus on the socio-economic development of the women in Dzuwa. JTW believes that these programs will greatly help the women to realize their potential, enabling and empowering them to make positive contributions to the development of their own lives, their families and their communities. In addition, JTW believes that this will also help to overcome the economic “oppression” under which many women and children are currently suffering.
It is the goal of JTW to provide (through this program) economic freedom to the women of Dzuwa village and the greater Dzuwa area so that they are able to achieve and realize their goals and dreams. We believe that these programs will enable the women in the community to care for themselves and their families, fight hunger, poverty and diseases, educate their children, start and manage small scale businesses and participate in local development.
